Through purchasing our merchandise and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.


Dapperclub.com can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O Box address also we are not able to ship to any international address at this moment. 

Please double check your order details before confirming the order as we are unable to amend order after it is placed. We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order, if you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please kindly place your order separately for each unique address. Besides, we deliver our orders using our standard packaging materials, we do not cater to any special packaging at this moment. 

At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the product by signing-off with the delivery man. Please ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products. 


If you are not at home when delivery takes place, please log in to your account or the carrier website [ https://easyparcel.com/my/en/track/  ] to track or reschedule your shipment. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after a few attempts, your order may be disposed after the stipulated time given. Thus, we will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.

Also the cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. 


Dapper.com charges a standard shipping and handling fees of RM6.50 per kg with every transaction for any local delivery. 


There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time , so please check in often.


We strike to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders will be  processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Confirmed orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed within Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Orders placed on Friday after 6pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday, excluding public holidays. 

Delivery Time are as follows ; 

Peninsula Malaysia : 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. 

Sabah / Sarawak : Additional 5-7 working days for your order to arrive. 

*  Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2-3 working days * 

During peak sale or promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders. It is advised to place your order 2weeks in advance for festival periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and etc. 


Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders. To receive free shipping, just place an order with merchandise worth over RM100 to qualify for free shipping.

Not applicable for shipping charges including intercepts, changes of address, and to free trade zones which may be subject to additional fee per shipment.

Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account. Alternately, you can visit the carrier website 

  [ https://easyparcel.com/my/en/track/  ]  and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery. Please allow a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email for the system to reflect the status of your delivery order. 

If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving confirmation email, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
